  • Are the structures as durable and resilient as a regular brick and mortar home?
    Our units have proven their durability over time. We have testimonials from clients who reported that while other structures on their property suffered major damage during storms, their Tropical Paradise unit remained unaffected. We use only premium materials, and our skilled team ensures every detail and construction technique meets the highest standards.
  • Do we need permission for these structures?
    We have constructed our pavilions in various zones, including CRZ, and have never faced any issues or reasons for demolition. However, obtaining permissions is the client's responsibility, as different zones require different approvals. We will assist in providing any necessary plans and documents.
  • What sort of plinth do they require?
    Typically, block footings are the norm, but a flat, complete plinth can also be used for our buildings.   • What measures are taken to protect the steel from corrosion and rust? What type of coatings are applied?
    We utilize a specially engineered 5-layer coating system from Jotun paints, identical in quality to those used in offshore marine environments. This coating provides exceptional protection, creating a highly durable barrier on all steel surfaces.   • Are the steel structures structurally certified, and do they come with any formal accreditation or compliance documentation?
    Our steel structures are fully structurally certified and come with comprehensive accreditation, conforming to all relevant Indian standards, seismic codal provisions, and building regulations. Each structure is meticulously inspected and endorsed by qualified structural engineers, ensuring exceptional safety, durability, and performance. We supply all requisite compliance documentation, providing you with complete confidence in the quality and reliability of our products.

  • Who handles sewage treatment and other services?
    As a rule, the client handles incoming electricity and water supply up to the point of the building, as well as exterior plumbing and sewage treatment. However, we can connect you with our partners who can execute these services under our supervision, ensuring thoroughness and quality.
  • What does the client need to take care of?
    The client is responsible for services as detailed above, plinth construction, and obtaining permissions and dealing with local authorities.
  • Who is responsible for the designs and layouts? Do you have in-house architects?
    Our design process is managed by our skilled in-house designers, and we also partner with experienced architects when the project scope requires. This collaborative approach ensures that we deliver exceptional and tailored design solutions for every project.
  • Can we select tiles, finishes, sanitary ware, etc.?
    Yes, clients are involved in the selection of all finishes and materials, including: - Roofing type and color - Inner ceiling - Interior and exterior wall claddings - Types of windows and doors - Flooring - Bath fittings and tiles - Kitchen layout and materials - Decking options - Electricals - And a host of other details
  • Can we provide certain materials or services from our side?
    Based on our experience, we highly discourage clients from supplying materials not certified by us or using external labor and contractors, as this can compromise our quality control and invalidate our warranties.
  • Are the units insulated?
    Our insulation levels surpass those of most buildings in this class. We thoroughly insulate the floor, walls, and roof, and offer windows and doors with superior thermal and sound insulation.
  • Can one close the gap between the ground and the floor to avoid any creatures getting under the structure?

  • How do we enclose open structures to protect from the elements ?
    Keep the bugs out as well as protect your precious decor when your pavilion is not being used with these fabulous roller blinds and screens.
  • What are the typical time frames?
    Generally, a typical home takes approximately 24-30 weeks to complete once all designs are approved and on-site construction begins.
  • What are the approximate costs?
    For Homes, Tree Homes and Studios - Internal areas typically range from ₹8,000 to ₹12,000 per square foot, depending on design, elevations, and materials selected. Exterior semi and fully covered suspended deck areas range from ₹2,500 to ₹4,000 per square foot. These rates are general estimates and can vary based on specific design and material specifications. For Pavilions and Pergolas there are basically two types as highlighted below - Type 1 - Freestanding Pavilions / Pergolas The Columns Rest directly upon the clients existing Deck / Plynth or Terrace Floor. These could be anchored down or just placed upon the existing floor as seen in the images. These units would range in price from ₹2,000 - ₹3,000 per sqft of roofing area covered. Type 2 - Pavilions Pergolas with Integrated suspended flooring The main and base columns rest directly on concrete footings / blocks or even on an existing deck or terrace and have a suspended timber or WPC decking laid over a galva steel framework. For these the rates would be as per Type 1 plus additional for the suspended flooring @ ₹1,500 - ₹2,500 per sqft of floor area. The renders show how roof and floor areas are to be measured and then multiplied by the price band mentioned.
  • What are the inclusions and exclusions?
    Our units include everything except loose furniture, furnishings, and white goods.
  • Are there warranties applicable?
    Yes, warranties are included as mentioned above.
  • Do you have a maintenance package (AMC)?
    We offer three years of free maintenance covering all aspects of the build. After that, an annual maintenance package is available, based on the size and requirements of the building.
