Our offerings also include what we term “Hybrid homes”, which are essentially a combination of conventional brick and mortar structures combined with our steel / timber framed building system. A typical such home is shown here. The lower portion being masonary and the entire upper floor in our building concept. Prefabricated completely at our workshop, and transported to site in knock down form.

NEW PROJECTS
Presenting our new Tree Top Three-Bedroom Home, nestled within the captivating canopy at a 20-foot elevation. The main living space, complete with a wrap-around deck, hosts an open kitchen and a spacious en-suite bathroom. Additionally, an alfresco dining area is situated on the covered deck with panoramic mountain views. Notably, certain trees gracefully extend through the north side of the living room deck, providing natural shading to a section of the open deck.
Flanking the main living area are three ensuite bedrooms, seamlessly connected by a network of shaded walkways, culminating in a visually striking and cohesive composition.
